It’s a lovely image but very dark. I couldn’t place it in an A2 frame as there wasn’t enough space but would have looked nicer with a border or with a border around the original image.
Absolutely beautiful picture. I brought it because ever since I've lost a few of my family members to the spirit world recently, all I ever see are magpies and I love Stephens art aswel, I have 4 or 5 pieces of Stephens animal art and they are all stunning 😍
This is an absolutely gorgeous print, it's captured the wonderful colours of the feathers and the way that the one magpie is gazing at the other it's clearly a pair that has mated for life.
Ever since I was little I have been fascinated with these beautiful birds, so when Stephen put the word out that he had been working on a picture that focused on them, I went straight to the group page on Facebook and ordered one.
Now that it's arrived I have to say it is definitely one of my favourite pieces of artwork that I have from Stephen.

Stephen is a great artist, he puts his all into his work.He has a unique style.. I've got a few of his prints, all great but the magpie print I've just received is my best to date..
Photos do not do this piece justice. It’s absolutely breathtaking!! Need to find the perfect frame for it now, I can’t stop looking at it!!! If you’re debating buying a piece of his work then just do it!! You will not be disappointed!!

My Process
